I really want to make Scrin more terrifying, especially Traveler (being mind controlled or even a mind controller yourself isn't that bad if your alternative is death) and I thought shlaanesh would fit Traveler to a certain degree.
Originally it was designed to be for Traveler, but I found it to fit Reaper much more in terms of gameplay and style, you will see why ;)

But I like their role on their battlefield and in a twisted way, they compensate the lack of defenses.

Also, the upgrade itself costs 4000, the activation 1000 and you need to be relatively close to the tower.
Just to make things clearer. This unit is a new unit for Reaper-17 but unlike the Traveler-59 cultists it cannot mind control units, nor can it be created from production facilities...
I actually wanted to release the next beta today, but I had many problems and didn't make as much progress as I was hoping for <.<
The next version will probably include new stuff for BH, R17, T59 and ZOCOM only.

I don't have a complete roadmap for everything and just add what I believe to be right. However, Black Hand is more or less finished and so is ZOCOM.
Currently I'm working on Reaper-17 but I think I will release a new beta in the next week.
Believe me I have A LOT of ideas to bring in and I'm only one man after all. I've been working for quite some time on this mod already.

I haven't done any bugfixes so far for Reaper (I tend to fix every faction as a whole and move to the next) but I saw what you meant and fixed them right now.
Yeah, I know what you mean. The Scourge is now far more agile and shouldn't have many problems anymore.
Also, the reason why I decided to make the Scourge an AA aircraft is because they have no plasma batteries. They are designed to work against enemy Firehawks, Vertigos and big scrin airships.
Oh and the reason why they are more effective in ion storms is because otherwise enemy Assault Carriers could shoot them down with Ion Storms rather quickly.

Well, I don't know about Origin but I talked to the person responsible for the Modlauncher and he told me that UC users need to download not only the Modlauncher but the "fixed launchers" as well.
He provided me with this link and hope it will help you. Post back if this solved your problems or if you still have any.
I will try my best to make the mod even greater, I have many many things planned to mess around with ;)
Regarding R-17, I will have a closer look at this. I didn't have the teleport issue the last time I played R-17 but if there is anything to fix, it will be in the next version.

As for the Scorpion, I already said that I want upgrades to be visible. But I will see what I'm going to do when I implement the new Upgrade for the Scorpion.

I thought about that for the Gunwalker, well why not, could work for the Corruptor as well. Thing is that I don't want to have upgrades which do too many things at once.
It will probably appear as an extra upgrade somewhen in the future, but currently it's not high on my priority list and when it comes to Reaper-17, I think I will add some more support structures.
To be honest, I don't think that I'm going to change much more for the Black Hand. I'm currently working on a Sniper, next will be Thermite Shells and then I believe them to be strong enough for the moment.
I think along with ZOCOM the are among the strongest factions anyway and I will return adding new content to them when I think the majority is on the same level as ZOCOM and BH.
Also, I'm a bit sceptical when it comes to instant transport and flame units ^^

Actually, I did buff Renegade fanatics. Because they buff all allied infantry in a great radious if they commit suicide (forgot to write that down in the Changelog d'oh!).
Other than that you would be surprised what I have planned ;)
Oh, and Salvation already gave me a cool idea for a ZOCOM artillery that fits the faction.

But hey, I think you are right. I actually was going to replace Dozerblades but dropping Dozerblades for "Thermite Shells" suits the faction better.
In the end, it doesn't matter if an upgrade grants more health or more attack. The most important thing to keep things balanced is that the overall stats of a units remain the same (that's why I gave the ZOCOM APC an armor upgrade instead of AP ammo).

Also, I'm thinking about a completely new Upgrade for Scorpions which will affect Specters as well, you were already quite close ;)
Indoctrinators are named this way because I liked the name and because of their supression. First I wanted a debuff aura opposed to the Confessorss, but it didn't work well so they supress enemy infantry with their rockets (which plays nicely as well).
The problem with models is not that I can't model (ok, that too) but that I don't have 3DS max which is really expensive.
I actually always preferred Contra over Shockwave xD But I still dont mind the comparison at all ^^
You got some good ideas. Actually I planned for ZOCOM an upgrade which grants Shatterers an alternative fire mode to fire over greater distances at the cost of the rate of fire.
But I really like the Echo Trooper Squad being their artillery.
Both, the Avatar upgrade and the Echo Troopers are rather easy to implement, so why not ;)
I just have to be cautious and make not ZOCOM too overpowered xD

Good that you mention that. Reaper also get cheaper forcefields because it only affects Tripods, I think this would be a reasonable solution here too.
yeah I read it but I wanted to focus on some graphical issues I had first. Yeah, I would be delighted, if you could spread One Vision :)
That everything looks the same bugs me as well, but I will try to do reskins for all the new units. New Rocket Squads (Indoctrinators replacing Militants) and new Skins for the Flametank, Scorcher and Aggressor.
I'm also thinking about modified Snipers for Black Hand.
I just want to say that the descriptions you see on the production structures aren't up to date. I didn't know what I will keep and those descriptions are a lot of writing work to change ^^
