Revised :
NPCs talk with ambient_generic instead of scripted_sequence, hence why their mouths never move.
I've managed to replace them with proper entities, unfortunately, they apparently do not work with the currently used custom coding dll.

Removing that restores proper lipsync, but changes the dogs back into houndeyes (sonic attack/hostile to Nazis/yellow blood), there's also the absence of the insta-sniper (now acts like regular crossbow), the recoil system is gone, the custom MP3 thing is gone, though technically it can simply be relocated to using Half-Life's media system, so nothing is lost..

Custom models either uses monster_generic or cycler (custom models can also talk, so lip syncing NPCs like Anna, the General/Colonel or even the player is very much possible), so that's safe for now.

There could be more, but i need more testing to find out the lost features.

Well, at least the walking speed is back to normal.

EDIT :

Okay, there was actually a second scientist entity (the one that uses the more urban clothing as opposed to the normal sciency one).
Since that entity no longer exists, i've made it so that the scientists now share entities with the 4 submodels being devided between each other.
Less variety, yes, but it's not like anybody noticed the scientists a lot in this mod.
