I had this too, apparently it was my video card and I changed to Nvidia and it fixed it.

EDIT:@ Mcnuget I doubt it would be Vista, seems more of a video card problem.

The fireports was OverPowered as it could destroy any tank that got near it + The machine gun owned infantry making it near unstoppable.

They already have; USA General George D. Ironside: China General Leiong Leang: GLA General Mohmar Deathstrike and if you more Generals wait for Rotr2.0.:)

There is no way to add more factions/generals due to the AI can only use 15.

As far as I know, The new generals AI should be added soon.If you want to play against them I suggest you play online. :)
