Only suggestion I could think of is to maybe reduce the specular levels slightly, especially on the burnt parts/characters.
You might want to reduce the obvious tiling in the material for the walls.
Other than that a good start!

I quite like your space station/craft design, I would change the floor in the mess hall however.
Indeed, I agree with the already mentioned comments.
The quality is definitely top-notch, but the anorexia-factor (most visible at the shoulders) and the proportions (the head) are very much obvious.
I can understand these being informed stylistic choices, but they are kind of distracting.

The Ashigaru were foot-soldiers employed by samurai to fight alongside him.
They were usually peasants in service of that particular samurai or mercenaries.
The "unit" you're referring to is the Yari Ashigaru, which stands for "spear foot-soldier".
It is a mod for Chivalry: Medieval Warfare and thus they decided to call it Bushido: Medieval Warfare.
They could also have gone for Chivalry: Feudal Warfare or as you (and I) would probably prefer Bushido: Feudal Warfare.
The thing is though, that they somehow might need (or want) to keep a tie with the game on which it is based in order to remind people that it is a mod.
Maybe one of the devs would like to share his/her opinion?
It would be nice if the turret had to turn to the players new location after he used Time Stop, before shooting again.
