Well the mod is trying to make the game as real as possible to real-life. It could also mean you need a graphics update, If not I suggest you Max out all the settings and the resolution and configure your Monitor settings.
Overal this mod is 10/10 and is better than the Complete mod. This mod actually makes the game scarier and more fun.
