We're sorry, but no blog posts were found here. Boring yes, but as confucius always said - if you have nothing good to say, why say anything at all? Check back later, perhaps something exciting will pop-up and be worth blogging about, like season 3 of the teletubbies.
Speak your mind, rant about games, mods and the development scene, it's simple and who knows maybe someone will read it and agree. It will feel right!

does the background picture of the menu half-lifes default, or is there a picture of a soldier and a frightened scientist?
i am asking this, because i want to know if you managed to activate the mod. the problem you are talking about occurs, when someone fails to activate a mod. if this is the case, open the normal half life, select custom game and then select Quarter Life from the list, and then click "Activate".
when the background of the custom game screen changes into a greyish color, press "done" and then click "new game" and this should work.
if this fails, open up the mods folder, find the "maps" folder, rename the file "c0a0.bsp" to "qlmodmapone.bsp". and when you open the game, press "console" and type
map qlmodmapone
and press enter. the game should start.(but there might be a proble when the game loads the second map, but i am not sure)
