A little weary on the flashlight mechanic, although it is as creative a workaround as possible.
Although have you considered making the flashlight an item which you can double-click to put into your inventory? or perhaps when you drop it, it turns into an inventory item instead of a lamp? Although I imagine that would be quite a mess of coding right there.

Even so, if you stick with this workaround mechanic, I would be very excited on trying it out, it seems like it would add a lot to the atmosphere.

It's cool, man. Adds some variety.

Yeah, the sound needs some tweaking for sure, it was part of the candidates I made for applying to the mod.

In the future the sounds will be a lot more balanced.
