Sorry for my comment, but i really don't get why do you want people to see this. To see the process? To learn something? I just hate saying that you'll be able to achieve great results if you practice, its too easy to understand. Its not the time for you to show your work to anybody, for crits only maybe. Becoming and being an artist is a very hard work mate, so be respectful for your attempts in drawing.
Yeah, as myles said, one of the main problems is proportion in your drawing, but i'd add perspective problems as well.
Wanna give an advice, Loomis has a very good books about drawing. Here we go:
