No, the issue is known and it will be fixed with the next release. I do believe they created a fix, but I don't really understand how to install it...
You should totally add the crevices and wooden structures that are present in Isengard.

Where are you stuck? You have to destroy the Warg Layers after you are done stopping the attacks. After you gain control of 3 Dwarven heroes, you need to take them to the secret exit all the way on the right side of the map. Go through it, and take them all the way to the gates at the right side of the map into the gate.
I need help. I have no idea what to do on the third mission in the campaign (I think it's Mirkwood). I cross the river, but am stuck after their.
I noticed the animation for the ponies is a bit strange, and I suggest using the animation from BFME 1. In BFME 1, you could combine Rohirrim and Peasants together, and the Rohirrim would do a slow trample that might look better. Hopefully you can find it.

That is on purpose. Some buildings require other things to be done. Some buildings are simply not available.
Guys, just to let you know, the tower guard is the army garrisoned in Minas Tirith. Citadel guard is the name of the guys who guard the, well, citadel! The Fountain Guard guard the White Tree of Gondor. They would not be an actual unit because they only guard the white tree and nothing else.
Will you then add the blades to Arnor? Just saying, since they lack heroes, might be a good solution :P.
One thing I was always thinking about was an ability to equip Elvish and Arnor infantry with "magic" blades. Merry and Pippin acquired the Arnorian "magic" blades in the wights burrow, and we all know about Sting.
Maybe Imladris and Arnor should be able to equip the enchanted blades to their infantry? This should replace forged blades (or be a second option). I would imagine that it would give them a special bonus vs evil creatures, Orcs, Trolls, Uruks, Wargs, Wolves, and even Nazgul.

The infinite Imrahil knights thing could be on purpose, because Minas Tirith is so close to the Fiefs, but I don't absolutely know...
Pikeman do not need that formation. In BFME 1, that formation would actually kill the horses when the regular formation would not, even when they got trampled.
In BFME 2, when they get trampled, they usually rape the horseman, and take minimal damage. The porcupine formation in bfme 2 completely stops horses, which is much more useful than it sounds...

Yes, are you guys looking to do any major revamp of the naval warfare system? It truly does need to be redone, perhaps one beta could exclusively be focused on naval warfare!!! :-D

I hope Rohan gets something new. They haven't got any major system changes. I was hoping a more deeper level cavalry system. With heroes providing certain types of Leadership. Eomer providing an offensive leadership, Theodred providing a defensive leadership. Elf helm (WHO SHOULD BE IN THE MOD) a small Defense and offense leadership. And Theodon providing a powerful defense and offensive leadership with a no fear/terror bonus...

Oden I already explained how to remove the German text. Go into the lang folder. Remove everything except the "English and "EnglishAudio." Thats all I had to do. (:
