How so? Dystopia takes a much more sci-fi aesthetic with high-speed combat. Neotokyo on the other hand is a much more realistic and tactical experience. However, one thing I can say is both mods are amazing (Well, Neotokyo looks like it will be amazing)

PC for the win, although PSN and XBLA might be interesting. That said, there's no extreme quality checking on PC XD
