This has an almost photographic quality, if the skyline didn't show Pripyat, it would almost look like a desert scene (Fallout LV???).

Ah yes..I suppose what I was thinking with the "desert" was the light, the telegraph post and brown grass giving a certain Lost Vegas look to the screen.
I have tried Fallout 3 and LV, they are OK, they don't seem to have the same quality of the Stalker series and I did find them a bit tedious or boring after a time, it's just my personal view of them, I know a lot of people who rate the games very highly.

Ahhh I see well I never played any Fallout so..
