Thank you for your suggestion, but I have to admit I'm not sure if I understand it correctly; does 'mayoral changes' mean adding mayors of towns to the game? At the moment being a mayor is nothing more than being able to change the laws for towns you founded. How would that relate to IRC?
I think you might be right that giving the portal a bigger territory keeps the problem away longer, so I'm going to follow your advice if giving portals their own territory is really needed.
About the limited distance: enormous cities is not something I necessarily want to avoid, as long as I can make cities look varied. I am actually afraid the other thing will happen: 300 cities on every server with only 2-3 houses. But we'll see :)

Not sure, actually, I haven't had any complaints ;). I think when 2-digit players tried to reset their accounts, the server got confused and did nothing. Anyway, like MartanZ said, it's fixed now.
Haha, building good bots would take months, if not years. However, I agree that the lack of people to play with is a bit problematic; I plan to add minigames which can also be played alone once I'm done with the city building stuff.

No problem, play whenever you want. About the servers: Testserver2 seems to be down, but Testserver 1 is still up. Maybe it's something with your router, virusscanner or firewall? Thanks for sharing your thoughts. The map generation is extremely simple at the moment; later randomly generated species of trees, plants and animals will be added. Remember the game has not even reached alpha stage yet. The clustering actually is on purpose.
