its really a sad statement on the part of CA that modders make a better game than they do

its a really sad statement about the current state of commercial game developers, when a mod for a game that is 8 years old is better than the sequel that came out a year ago

Looks like a groovy concept, so I chipped in $50 bucks

Doom wads are way underrated, you can get that classic shooter feel without having a deep complex story and be able to get in and out of a game. in addition it is very mod-able which i believe adds to its longevity.

i liked this game and protagonist more then the other half life games

Ivindor, you are absolutely correct in all points, I was saying that there could be a future for those factions (a separate campaign?0 and in that new re-skin units might have a place. it is only a suggestion though

dude this is awesome, i have been waiting for something like this for years, my only comment is why take out the new world factions completely? (aztec, inca, maya) i understand it may be hard but don't write them off completely. they could be potentially a lot of fun for you to work with down the road if you get the time. any ways good work so far and good luck getting this done, i can say for a lot of us that we are waiting with bated breath for this release.
