Not a big fan about posting profile bios, but I guess I'll do one. I'm a PC gamer fan and not that big on console. I like to modify games for personal use but sometimes start up mini projects. I love to create levels. Oh and I'm not afraid to tell you to your face if I think your level/mod needs improving. I also tend to hang out on the ZP:S forums alot (best game ever). I will try and help you out even if no one else will.

You do realize that valve is made up of different teams of designers right? That means that there is a team working on HL2:Ep3,Portal2, and TF2. So I'm guessing that after the team that was working on L4D got finished they were assigned to start working on the next.

Not trying to slam valve but why are they making this an entirely separate game? Why not just make it an expansion to the original? L4D2 is more like a mod then an entire new game it seems. Sure they have new weapons and new models plus some gameplay changes but isn't that what a mod is?

The whole bleeding thing is total garbage no one wants to sit around and heal them selves in a fast paced shooter like this.

Plus pressing Q to get up again after diving is kind of weird feeling it should be set up so that when you pressed a movement key or jump you stood back up.

An option to choose what random weapons it chooses for you would be nice. Kind of annoying getting stuck with sniper rifle and a grenade.

BTW why when zombies start to attack the injected zombie does that zombie fight back?

On another note you seem to be constantly putting out new weapons and models any chance of some pics of your levels?

Yeah I agree with izzysinz this looks way to much like ZP:S's zombie vision. Both have blood around the edges and both can be turned off. Sure it's 100% created by you guys but that doesn't mean the idea is original doing all this is just going to give your mod an even worse reputation for stealing ideas.

So are you going to be able to run up and attach the grenade then run away before it blows up or do you have to throw them? Also will the grenade stick to other things besides zombies so that you can create some kind of a trap?

Oh and just to point this out to anyone who really cares about this guys opinions still look what he wrote on his blog but was to scared to put on here
A direct quote from his blog
"Edit: This article was slammed pretty hard by fanboys on Moddb. That was fun. Zombie mods seem to have a very immature audience, which is understandable; thus the immature comments. I appreciated all the constructive feedback I received and such but ya know…fanboys, with only two factual inaccuracies (L4D is a lot older than I thought, so no inspiration, and Zombie Master was incorrectly referred to as Zombie Master: Source) I don’t think I did too badly to say it was written on a whim.

The unconstructive **** posting is not really that discouraging, just that I picked the wrong subject to criticise."

ROFL how can you even compare zombie mod: source to ZM and ZPS? If you knew anything at all then you would realise that Zombie Mod: source has so far shown nothing special they accept donated maps that are **** and they steal other peoples work with out asking.

What has Zombie Mod: source even done so far in uniqueness? The infection mode is almost the same as ZPS sure you can buy guns but thats no fun at all for the zombies when every player has a sniper rifle and takes your head off.
Survival is a version of HL2:DM that has NPC zombies spawn and mass charge you. It takes no skill to point and shoot the npc zombies there's even exploitable areas on the maps that zombies cant get you at or are very hard for them to get you.
Holdout is nothing new either once again its survival except dont let the zombies get through you can make a map like this in zps easily and have it be twice as much fun as actual players dont take the same route every time.
Escape is just like zps its almost a exact rip off of it complete an objective to win NOTHING NEW.

ZPS is about team play. How else is someone supposed to be zombie unless they are randomly chosen? And did you know that if your the first zombie your the carrier who has 250 health thats 50 more then a regular zombie along with the ability to infect survivors who in about 45 seconds turn into a zombie also?

Zps and ZM deserve there spots on steam they are both fun and enjoyable you seem to me the kind of person who can't stand winning every round, when that is the point of both ZM and ZPS survivors are supposed to win something like 25% of the time on official maps. Lets face it Zombie Mod: Source is so easy its not even a challenge, buy a gun and start shooting zombies i found myself having to go into the zombie spawn to even have a good time on that mod.

Hate to tell you this but you lost all respect anyone ever had for you.

I would like to see gameplay sort of similar to the Advance wars series in that on your turn you move all your units and attack with all your units.

Also will there be vehicles in game to help get units around

Looks like fun :D

Just a few things I noticed though:
1. Weapons look to overpowered (or zombies are to weak)
2. With zombies having that many gibs it might make the game lag on co-op
3. A sniper rifle on deathmatch mode will turn into a sniper fest
4. With the teleport gun you have to take into account now that the player can get anywhere in your level.

I loved the camera phone! Does it take screen shots?
