Path of exile is a perfect example for a story based game with very good Procedurally generated levels. normally i would say hand-made if i never played PoE.
questions, if you are sneaking will it affect your view ? like bushes or low ramps? and what would be the reaction speed ? if you are crawling and just out of your vision arc someone comes sprinting at full speed in your direction how long would it take to get up, pull your weapon and defend yourself ? Am i asking this to early in development ? :) anyway I'm exited with this project.
I like where the game is headed, but the physics bug me, it´s like there is no friction with the ground ... or something.
The game is in ASCII just like one of my favourite games dwarf fortress,
but you manage to give it a great, simple and convincing look.
This is one of the games I am really looking forward to.
