MY take:
Granted the fans should have been more grateful, they could have informed their seemingly loyal fanbase more about the plans for the mod. Fans should have had respect for the damn devs, devs should have had *more* respect for the fans considering hte like campaign. Although they have been pretty gracious regardless.
