Look for a 'Company of Heroes' folder INSIDE your 'Company of Heroes Relaunch' folder and move everything from it into the 'Company of Heroes Relaunch' folder. Our current launcher had an unfortunate issue, if you picked the path in the installation, it simply attached 'Company of Heroes' to it. This will be fixed in the next patch though.

We kinda like removed 25% memory usage with the latest patch. It should actually be better now (at least it is for me) and as it is a 1vs1 tournament it should be even easier to handle for old computers.
You should really remake the wheels. The alpha map looks kinda weird and one wheel is floating in the air.

No, we don't use Blitzkrieg models. These are all made by ourselves. In this case he tracks/wheels are made by Halftrack & Tankdestroyrr though.

No the MP41 has the same stats as the MP40. The MP41 just has a wooden shaft so it costed less to produce the whole performance didn't change through that.

Use the "Null" territory layer for that. It's used for rivers and closed woods which units can't access anyway. However keep in mind that you still have to connect the territories across rivers. I recommend to connect it under bridges.

Try to turn down your settings (if you haven't done already). You won't be able to play on High/Ultra with that hardware.
It works with any Company of Heroes game! So you can either have Company of Heroes/CoH:OF or CoH:ToV it doesn't matter. One game should be enough.

Because the Essence Engine doesn't support grey alpha maps. Only full black = hidden or white = shown.
Well download the latest EF version and then apply the compability patch afaik this should work as only one .dll file changed (this won't change with newer versions of EF).
2nd solution, you activate your retail coh cd key on Steam and use the '(New Steam Version)' to run EF :P.
