I have been known to play games on occasion.
A beta release with bugs? Unheard of!
Looks interesting, and it's free! I'll have to check this one out later. Ooh, plus it supports Mac, Linux, AND Windows. I'm impressed.
Okay, not a problem. I was just wondering. I''ll be e sure to purchase a ccopy as soon as it's available. Keep up the good work Frozenbyte!
Just out of curiosity, is there any reason why the Windows version is not available via the Humble Store or Desura?
According to Protektor: "All of the old Serious Sam games run without Steam." They just haven't removed the message from this and the second encounter yet.
Look, stop talking down about Linux. I use both Windows and Linux and although I personally prefer Windows I don't believe that people should be judged by their taste in operating system. People are allowed to ask for Linux support if they wish. Also, Valve is awesome. That is all.
That's unlikely to happen as it uses Unreal Engine 3 and that currently doesn't support Linux at the moment.
Looks like it's coming to GOG.com if somebody still hasn't picked up this gem.
God, you must have a really bad cough considering you posted this on every Serious Sam game page. It's one thing to request a game on Linux, but it's another thing to harass them.
I'm pretty sure the price used to be $9.99 (unless I just was seeing things), but you're right. It really is a small price to pay.
Original joke you have there. It goes well with your bad taste in engines.
This happens regardless. At the moment this game requires Steam to play, but buying on Desura will supply you with a CD key.
Hmm, pay $3 dollars to get this game (assuming you didn't get it in the IndieRoyale bundle), and another $3 for Cthulhu Saves the World on Desura or get both for the price of one on Steam? :P
