KW Titan was suggested a few times already, but majority still likes good old TS one... The improvement came with reactive armor upgrade, which fits current GDI deffensive style and with new railgun.. awesome big railgun.. Its like nowdays they dont always make new platforms for tanks, they use old ones and equip them with new cool stuff

Only thing i would change is sound... some sharp loud sound that would fit the destruction of enemy units inside would be good to me... visualy there could just be somem ore lighting fx
All other GDI hi-tech non material stuff is blue.. rail guns, sonic emitters and ion cannon too
I love how you used the word sinister, map I currently work on will be called Conquest of Sinistria actualy :D also heres part of reaction on my other (DARK) map from guy whos doing scripting for it - "Dude, this is one of the best looking maps I have ever seen." :D I do not admire myself just sayin you will probably like that one too :D

BTW Im also player concerned mainly with atmosphere, but winning is good too :D You will certainly like maps im working on now
Ive started beating brutals just about three weeks ago, but Blacks big battle and Crater of carnage are yet beyond my skills :D
Someone should upload a replay of winning against brutal ai in crater of carnage... please :D

Thanks, I am working a lot on details and scenery now, there is a small town and some random interesting places on this map which I would like to be infested with hostile mutant creatures, best if they would be ranked up,and I remmember from some map that the radar was switching off every few minutes and wild ion storms appeared, that would be nice too :D

you probably didnt notice that we were not talking very seriously, thats why the statements were exaggerated and not written exactly as they are, ment to sound a bit funny. about the vision thing, send me whatever that prove your truth, im pretty interested in not so noticeable differences between men and women. and yet i still believe that GENERALY these sight differences exist, but that might be just because i havent seen a lot of contra arguments
women have much wider range of sight so they could keep the place where their kids live in good condition (this is why our mothers see mess everywhere), while men are much better at detecting and watching moving objects as they were supposed to be hunters.. therefore men, shoot better
if you need them to attack stuff just set them agressive, i think its good the way it is, they remain stealthed and attack only when they are attacked, this way they can infiltrate safely and still defend themselves if detected, your way would be less practical cause if i would leave them somewhere and then take care of other stuff they would get killed if attacked
map contest would be great after 1.6 is released, lots of new stuff for mappers there

even unfinished and ever released mods are being voted for in moty thats normal thing.. but to put comment like "I'm not voting until i see a release." sounds like provocation to make him release the mod sooner or its just.. i dont know kinda offensive, i understand your attitude but if you dont want to vote just dont. of course if you dont mind getting blamed here than its ok :D
TE is awesome enough to have this thing for sure, but that would require a few dedicated and skilled mappers which would make at least one mappack containing the stuff.. they should also be in close contact with Carnius too
:D well im glad you like it so much, yeah the composition is slow paced which is also a reason why its not very good for skirmish menu.. maybe it will be changed in new version who knows :D
Hi, well it is used in skirmish menu, it was supposed to be a track for trailer but that was canceled so Carnius put it to the menu... i dont think its the right place for this track as it is a loud and fast track but whatever, if hes ok with it :D
It may be cool, but its not NOD... lets keep armor and big guns to GDI.. even Avatar was about to be replaced with something lightweight and more stealth guerilla tactis stuff, but Carnius couldnt find a worthy replacement.. I remmember it was about to be Cyborg Reaper with some special modifications..
CnC 4 units look like toys, even if he would made them look more serious, we already have enough units, on your examples i say Spider tank - Scorpion tank, Mantis - Cyborg Reaper etc.

Rimtech mappacks are old and the do not contain stuff from new version which is my main concern, yes you are right, i was thinking about 10 - 15 of 2 - 4 player maps.. since i dont think people play bigger matches that frequently.
And Monkfish... work on them, but wait till the 1.52 will be released and then finish them with all new stuff.. Upload on TEF after that and its gonna win :D or if my plan will turn reality you will be chosen as part of map team

I think idealy it should work this way, a few mappers would be chosen to work on mappack (there are already few epic of them working on custom campaigns), that work would start now, and then before release Carnius would send 1.52 to them so they could put all new stuff to those maps, send the maps to Carnius after that and then he would release new version of the mod together with mappack in one file.. practicaly, its recruitment of mappers for the mod...
He sent me a message recently about the soundtracks so i tried to convince him about this in reply.. but since he is not very active on moddb now idk when ill get answer :D
It would be really good.. if he wants people to actualy play with his new stuff.. because people rush the game right after release and work on maps goes even slower then since mapmakers play also... I think that 1.52 definetely NEEDS mappack released with itself... people have to start playing it in style
well, i know at least one default map that contains it.. and I think there should be more of them
