If you are having trouble starting this mod from steam, try this.

Go to where MEC2 is installed, move entire mods and replay folders to c:users/name/my documents/C&C

That should work now. Don't know why this mod is being extracted to some other location but there you go.

How do I get this mod working on steam? I tried your creating mods folder under user/document/C&C directory and installing the mod in the steamapp/user/common/C&C and yet it doesn't work. The basic infantry of GDI is same as the original GDI. It's not spartans.

Please help me. I bought C&C3 T-war during Steam summer sales with sole purpose to play this and MEC2 mod.

ahhh.....so installing this mod actually changes/deletes characters in my Battle.Net account? Cause I didn't make back up files...and I already installed this mod. :(

Another problem rose. I can get in to the menu, but when I click on the Play ZION Warcry, and if I click on the start button, it just freezes. No loading or so. I had to kill the program using windows task manager. I'm not sure how the vossey guys made it works but IT DOES NOT WORK.

Nevermind. I got this mod working.

I personally don't know how the heck did those vossey or whatever those guys are called converted this mod into steam one. I mean, look at the size. One for CD-installed is like 130MB, but steam version is like 3 MB. How can this work at all? Should I install something else to play it on Steam? Which one?

Where do I extract the steam version? How do I start this mod? Do I just play single player? Will that lead me to this mod instead of original campaigns? It'd a great idea if you can include 'how to do things' in the file, too.

BTW, shouldn't that Agamemnon be much bigger than that based on the concept art?

oh...uh...so I shouldn't build evacuation crew thing? I thought that's like passive thing...that it'll give me the crews when it is "actually" attacked later in game. hmmm, gotta retry it without building emergency crew

It's fun mod, but there seems to be a glitch. Or more like bug. At some point in game, my mother just loses its health and then goes "boom" saying "taking enemy fire," obviously when there's no enemy around my base. Maintence cost? Hell no. I was 14000/14000 full and I was still researching a lot and was building ships. Why is this happenening? I tried 4 times restarting or even changing the map, which doesn't seem to be taking any effects, but mothership will just go down. Also, after it blows up, I still can't build any kind of mothership things, such as Shipyard. (I had all the required resources in RUs and crews and officers and research trees)

I kinda liked DotA before, but after hearing numerous 'noob' 'f-noob' 'freaking noob' 'motherf noob,' I decided to quit the DotA, and it became my enemy. I make items, and they say 'noob.' I go out with them, and die, and they tell me 'noob' I go out with them, and kill one of enemy heroes, and they say I ksed(means that you stole team player's kill), so I am 'noob'

whether you just stay in your base waiting for golds to pile up to make a leet item, or go out and die with teams, or even help the team by doing 'ks,' you'll always hear 'noob' in whatever versions of the word available.

Be Aware to all players who are playing this DotA for the first time. If you are new to this, whatever you do, you'll hear 'noob.' If you are lucky, only you will be newbie player while rest of the team are pro players. If you are unlucky, you and your team might be noob players while enemy team is full pros. (in that case, you'll loose game in 5 mins)

If you like skilled play with exact time management, go for it. (This is the game for you since the game goes like a clock. You do this on that spot at this time and you do that on this spot at that time. If you can't do what you are "expected" to do, you'll be blamed for the loose.) If not, don't try it. This may RUIN your day.

"invalid patch" when I try to patch the game from 2.6.15 to 2.6.20 (and you said the new users need to get 2.6.15 then update to 2.6.21, which doesn't exist)

Ok, I tried to play this mod. It worked, but I couldn't find any sea-maps. Is the map included in the .big file or should I go somewhere else to download? Cause when I play it, I don't see any sea-kind of maps neither in official maps nor unofficial maps.
