What a huge bullet next to the journal! Looks like 7.62 or something :D Really nice artwork here.
It could be allegory of suicide. Look, one bullet, old journal, dead leaves(autumn=death), sepia...but only pistol doesn't fit. Suicide by rifle- sounds proudly. :-)
