hey in 0.2e at the clocktower before the lightning. usually theres a bell that will ring, but mine didnt.. u guys got?

in ur car, camera look at a person then type 'hopingirl'.. i think thats the cheat.. its one of those normal cheats to get a person in a car in vice city.. i tried it..

it would be awesome if that happends.. haha.. but i think it would involve alot of memory, like replaying and all.. haha.. but thats a nice idea.. im so bored with it i do crap, i time travel 5 deloreans by remote into a specific time and i go there and all the other cars came out too.. lol.. sadly it hanged after that.. xD

hey, why does mine if im not mistaken, i installed the 0.2 e and hill valley is not complete? no lake at the clock tower and the map is unfinished.. just a straight road to the clock tower, a row of buildings around it and thats all.. and why there are no peds (as seen in other peoples vice city bttf on youtube)? please help.. thx..
