in the video you show a effect caused by your eyes adapting to light. but in real life the effects are much harder to notice even when you from a completely dark room to a really sunny room. (they are present though)

better lighting and things flying around but the physics look worse. and the walking of the zombies looks like they are gliding over the ground (needs a little improvement, that's probably just the mod) the zombies look really good!

If I remember correctly, ravenholm was just a simple village before the combine decided to attack. So if you want the story of Grigory you shouldn't stick with the horror style ravenholm, you should gradually make it more like the ravenholm in hl2. Sorry if I misunderstood that you guys were only planning to make the mod when it's already attacked.
