Modding SP is fine. Although weapon mods affect MP as well, I cant do anything, they are shared. You dont need to uninstall, just dont use cheats.

I installed MEHEM and MOAM and I cant replicate your errors. Kishock is buyable, the message says that I bought Kishock and it is also upgradable.

The double is because kishock is loaded as MP gun. If you have SP DLC kishock, then you will have dobles. Same goes for Resurgance guns like geth SMG. But you can still get kishock, upgrade it and shoot it.

MP DLCs are free. You can get them via origin or origin ingame.

If I could , I would have made things a lot different, but you get what you pay for and since its free you cant really complain.
If you want another run without cheats, I recommend MEHEM mod.

Try downloading multiplayer DLCs and see if that fixes your bug.

I was in a rush and forgot to mention about previous versions. Your bug is probably because of previous versions. Install v2.8 on a clean game. Do not install any previous MOAM version before v2.8.

Note, that if you dont have DLCs, you will see empty slots where DLC weapons should be.

It doesnt work without reloading.On powerful PCs its just few seconds. No big deal.

The shortest advice i can give to u is to read what installer says and later the readme files. Many detailed instructions in there. I know this tool is a bit complex, but you have full control over the features.
