We generally frown upon crates that just explode when whacked with a blunt object so there will be very few instances of supplies in crates. Ammo can be found in military crates that have been left open, but don't expect them to be that careless very often.

I'm sorry to hear that. Unfortunately the mod will be released using high poly models given the higher level of detail going in to the mapping. Of course, we welcome the community to work on a low definition pack once the mod is released.

MODDB is the best place to go for updates on The Core. Our YouTube channel is rarely used for The Core unless we are releasing a trailer or doing a Q&A but these are usually announced on MODDB first.

The YouTube channel is a good place to go if you're looking for footage of grown men acting like utter morons in various online games.

Adding detail really comes down to what the area would be used for.

If it's a storage area for example, then crates are the obvious choice but try not to go nuts. You could also add trash and stuff lying around.

Also, it's open to the elements so you're going to need drainage as well. :P
