It all looks very nice but as mentioned by PytoX the brick texture is noticably tiled. I suggest either scaling it up or breaking up the wall with some different colours or details.

It that case I suggest you do some research into how guns work and then model some real world items which you can put together. Gas canisters, tubes, stocks and handles made of tins / random pieces of wood.

So glad someone else feels that way.

I prefer GldSrc because of the finer brushwork you can create to add details to areas.

It seems to me you can't create a unique look in Source without modelling and coding experience.

You really should reconsider that. Light looks so much more realistic when it is coming from a believable light source. Point_entity lighting looks odd and should be used as little of possible preferably removed completly on final compile.
