There is a little bit of light coming through but the main lights in this particular section of the game are all out.

They appear throughout the mod but are a lot less prominent in areas with better lighting.

Indeed. The holding cells need to be isolated units with windows, rather than walls surrounded by one big sheet of glass.

I've done voice acting for Lost Squad, The Citizen and my own mod The Core, as well as a couple of minor machinima roles and some work for the BBC.
