These guys will not release mods they simply float around the community taking content where they can so if you have hopes that something you've seen before will be released, it will not sorry.

Two questions do you know how to made Units lay on bed and do a animation along with quitting the animations when enemies are seen?

If you want them to lay on a bed the best choice is to use an animation and than position the unit on whatever object you want. To see an enemy and stop the animation use a simple trigger and change the entity so the unit if he sees another check the box (should say something like if sees target or some ****) than the animation is canceled if somebody is seen. I don’t have my computer until the start of August so I can’t try it myself but I know how to set it up if I was looking at it
