If it didn't work, you most likely didn't do it right.

Shakos on most professional troops were the norm, and are historically accurate. Obvious exceptions being the Old Guard, and French National Guard, i believe.

It's very easy to view a mod as dead when the developer gives next to no updates, and barely replies to comments about said mod, unless it's in a rude context.

It might be a better idea to have static locations, considering if the dwemer have bandit caves, the Dwemer would have to have bandits in the world. It might be complicated and conflict with lore.

I'm pretty sure you need a clean install of 1.3, installing it over the old one will probably mess it up.

Many big mods need Load Textures on Demand on, so i'd say that's probably the reason.

Might be a good idea to add more information on the about section. A, "Mystery Mod" isn't extremely appealing.

The Parabellum was a fun mod- The dev seemed to be dedicated, but it did have a lot of bugs, as well as stolen models. I don't think the engine could handle the tanks, as it crashes after every battle they're apart of. When- Or if- The mod comes back after Copypaster fixes the copyright issues, i sincerely hope it's bugs are more or less fixed. He should definitely look into someone who makes models or sounds.

Most big mods are better played with Load Texture on Demand on. If you are so angry about ticking a simple box on the launcher, maybe you should stop playing mods.

I highly doubt someone would put all of this work in a mod, make a page for it on ModdB, and then have planned to delete it from the very start.

Wanted to ask, i was thinking, you said you plan to add America as an optional addon in the far future, right? Will that be in the form of expanding the map to include America, or will it be it's own thing, like the Disunited mod?

Maybe they get killed off by the Freefolk armies. They may be unkillable unless by certain weapons *in battle*, but i heavily doubt they are in the autoresolve Strategic Map battles.
