I grew up on DOOM. About time I made an account on a forum supporting DOOM and countless mods and add-ons; and be part of the DOOM modding community.
Stellar work. Once again the modding community proves to be more creative, resourceful, innovative, and caring about actual gameplay than the big studios out there. This deserves every award there is. The soundtrack is amazing as well. Every (real) FPS fan should play this.

This is the best DOOM 3 mod I have seen yet. It packs all the beautiful things together, in one awesome, absolute punch of a makeover.
It works 99.5% like a charm. The remaining 0.5% are very minor issues, so far I've spotted minimal flickering in the player's shadow and in some writings on walls and doors. Otherwise haven't had any issues.
Also worth noting I've turned off soft shadows for better overall FPS, so maybe this had an effect on the player's shadow.
Stellar work by Sarge, as always. BDv21 is an amazing improvement.
Pros:
-Awesome enemy placement
-Great surprise situations
-Unique overall atmosphere
-Some maps give a really alien feel
-HEIGHTS
Cons:
-In some maps, there's obvious recycling and they give the "I've been there before" feel
-In some maps, there's too much backtracking
-In some maps, doors and bars far away get activated without needing a switch
-In some maps, ammo placement is somewhat scarce for the situations the player gets in
Summary: A good megaWAD that delivers its own atmosphere and already stands out from many others. With additional better polishing and detailing and better level design, it can reach top row.
