I mod games for my personal use, what more can I say?? Oh wait, I love playing mods. They make the games more interesting. And if you haven't figured it out, my avatar is a old concept art drawing from Tiberian Twilight(It's the CABAL Swarmling)

I caught the Iron Man matinee yesterday. It is a pretty good movie and I'll recommend it to anyone. I would've seen it on Friday, but I was home sick. I plan to see the upcoming Indiana Jones movie(I've seen the previous three, so my expectations are high). I might see Prince Caspian(a Narnia movie), but I probably won't since they're only making 3 books into movies from the series(we won't see a fake Aslan or anything from The Last Battle). I went to a local job fair today and applied at a few places. That's really everything, so I'll start posting a blog every 2 weeks.

A new map for SWBF2 was released. It is the battle at the Death Star Mk II. It is amazing and can be downloaded @ Filefront's SWBF site. The GunRun has released C&C Retarded v3.0 for Tiberium Wars. I purchased a copy of Cloverfield yesterday, which I had seen in theaters in Feburary. I got the Limited edition @ the Future Shop up here. I am definitely not buying GTA 4 on Tuesday for several reasons:
-I don't own the consoles
-My Grafx card isn't too high tech
-I don't enjoy games like that(I'll go for an RTS or Halo Game in a heartbeat).
I'm still waiting for the book Invincible to come out(it comes out May 13th and is the conclusion to the Legacy of the Force plot in the Star Wars Expanded Universe). They've been showing the Star Wars movies during weekends in April on Spike TV. BCPT episode 9 came out Friday and features some RA3 info in addition to the match between Raj and David(they play as different BNod subfactions).
That's all for now, so stop by next week

I found two more codes for SWBF2. You can find all three at gamestop.com(4 SWBF 2 PC Version only). I gave the TRA demo I mentioned last week to a friend on Saturday. I started playing Empire @ War again(well, actually FOC). I'm also trying out v4.0 of Ultimate EAW(FOC Edition). The Empire can build both Death Stars(2nd DS is more expensive). They can also build an SSD for 15000 credits and you can have more than one(can only be built @ The Maw. It also adds some heroes like Bosster Terrik to the Consortium, Admirals Daala and Pelleaon(sp?) for the Empire. I haven't tried the rebels for that mod yet, but each side can build Dreadnaughts from the CW era(Imperials and Consortium can build modified dreadnaughts). If anyone has EAW(and possibly the expansion), I recommend this mod to them. Just visit their website(ultimate-empire-at-war.com). That's all for this week(I think...). Oh wait, I forgot to remember Admiral Pellaeon, who died around 40 ABY at the hands of Tahiri Veila, Jacen's Sith apprentice.
We'll never forget you Gil, Cheers!

Hey everybody!! Recently, I have been trying to get the demo for Tomb Raider anniversary. After discovering the invinciblity code for SWBF2, I've completed almost all of the campaign and completed the Galactic Conquest scenario Republic Sovereignty. I'm about to start the CIS scenario soon. I am planning to release several replays for C&C 3 and KW. I just finished playing the demo for the Tomb Raider game. The bear freaked me out when it charged out of nowhere. The raptors and T-Rex were cool looking. I was surprised to discover that the demo ended in a cliffhanger(Lara Vs T-Rex. I ended fighting off(in total) half a dozen raptors, 1 bear and at least a dozen wolves. I am also planning to change the avatar for my account soon to something non C&C. I have a hundred+ pics the size of the original and PS 7 to use. I was disappointed to learn that Subway is holding their footlong sub special down south in the States($#@!). I had planned to take my family out for dinner Sunday @ the subway on the corner, but had to scrap those plans.
Goodbye,

Well, it's been an exciting week. New stuff has been added to the filefront sites for my fave games. ROTR has some new media up, so visit their page(rise of the Reds 4 Generals Zero Hour). I found a copy of Resident evil:Zero Hour which is a novelization of RE 0 by SD Perry. She also did the novelizations for RE 1 up to Code Veronica. I also grabbed a copy of Star Wars LOTF Revelations. We went out for dinner @ Fran's, which is a relatively new restaurant here. alex06 of the EA forums has converted several maps from C&C 3 into KW including maps from OMC 4. The link is provided @ the bottom. The GunRun is slated to release the final version of CNC Retarded soon. I've had some weird bugs with C&C 3 Kane's Wrath. I watched I Am Legend on Sunday and it's a pretty good movie. Sega has announced a new Sonic the Hedgehog game for the Nintendo DS. I've been looking for Star Wars Battlefront 2 maps for planets like Trandosha, Korriban and other places. I did discover an invincibility cheat for the game though. It does work and it's been more fun to play the Hypori(Grievous Attacks) fan map, even though the droids stile win(4000 odd droids against 1500 odd jedi and clone troopers is a lost cause). THat's all for now, so I'll post the link to the thread for the KW maps. I hope you enjoy them(I know I will), TSfan.

Sorry for this one being late peoples, but I've been pretty busy(hardly working and all). My boss isn't in tommorrow, so I've got the day off. Kane's Wrath, the expansion pack for Command and Conqyer 3 came out. It has met my expectations, though the Global Conquest is different than the one I'm used to(played Galactic Conquest in Empire @ War and its expansion). The kane's Wrath disc was shipped with the map-maker program. If you're interested in using it, put these two files into your KW directory(where it was installed, C/Program Files/Electronic Arts/Kane's Wrath) CNC3_wb_1.0.cfg and the worldbuilder exe. These files can be found on the disc(and aren't hidden or anything) KW does come with a RA3 beta key, but it has problems with modding. The TW Mod SDK doesn't seem to work and the mod option is missing from the replay browser(?!). In some rather frustrating news, EA released the maps to the public that were included in the Kane Edition of Tiberium Wars. These maps were meant to be exclusive to that edition and I'm only mad because I spent the extra money for it. A fellow C&C fan has updated his site with the new bugs/exploits in KW(like multiple Kane Towers, which does work if you have multiple build queues). In the last episode of Battlecast Primetime, Raj Joshi(a host) challenged David Silverman(not the guy who works on the Simpsons, but a fellow host) to a game of Tiberium Wars/KW(I'm not sure which one). I'm offering up my RA3 Beta Key to anyone who wants it, because the internet computer @ home won't have the graphics card needed. Post here if you want it)include email and I'll send it to you. I have some files to upload, so I'll do that soon. Now that the WGA strike is over, shows have started to air new episodes(like this and last weeks CSI MIami). I created a KW version of my original money mod. I tried Tomb Raider:Angel of Darkness, but the controls were very difficult to use. That's all for now, so I'll se ya in a week.

PS, I may do a audio blog next week

Well, Easter is here. Last week, the cyborg units for the MOK in Kane's Wrath(which is out Wednesday) were previewed while a video showcasing Nod support powers was also released. I did buy the PC Gamer magazine for March earlier this month, but I haven't won the contests I've entered. It has some info on Red Alert 3, which might be okay. Now, after looking over the info on the cyborg units in KW I see that the organic component isn't alive. It's okay, but if I hear them moaning and saying Brrainnssss I'm chucking my game out the door. There was some uproar @ cnc-files.com because of someone who allegedly tried to upload a pirated copy of KW(man, they all crawl out of the woodwork don't they?). I've been gathering more maps 4 SWBF2, including one called Nelvaan VIllage. You can play hero assault in this map, which contains 2 new heroes Asajj Ventress and a good version of Darth Maul(has saberstaff and same force powers, but light blue skin). The hunt mode, however, causes the game to crash after loading. I've also been following the expanded universe for Star Wars, which is to say I've been following things like the Swarm War and Legacy Of The Force and am waiting for Invincible to come out. I have to babysit today, so see y'all next week.

Well, it's good to be back after March Break. I found a copy of Tomb Raider Legend for 9.99 @ zellers. It's pretty cool and I have a lot of extras left to unlock. I am currently working on getting a copy of its predecessor AOD. TRL involves the story of King Arthur, Avalon, Lara's mother, people from Lara's past and Arthur's sword(not the one in the stone). Several KW units have been previewed @ the C&C site. My sister had her birthday on Sunday. THat's really everything for now, so g'bye!!

I was surprised to find C&C Reborn had released a beta a few days ago. It's pretty good, but you can't build vehicles. I did install the earlier beta(2003), but it wouldn't work so I removed it. BCPT episode 7 was released on Friday, so make sure you grab it(it contains info on RA3). I am still playing Star Wars Battlefront 2 and I plan on getting the Best of Star Wars for PC. My fav heroes 4 SWBF2 are Darth Maul, General Grievous, Obi Wan, Dooku and Aayla Secura.(Oops, forgot Ki-Adi Mundi) I also bought Rise of Legends on Saturday and i have to say, it's a good game. I'm still playing through Campaign #1. I finished reading the Star Wars books I bought last week. I love Timothy Zahn, he's a good writer. We got freezing rain up here, so they cancelled the buses up here. Johnnyxp64 has created a list of bugs and exploits for Tiberium Wars v1.09. To be honest, I never noticed anything on the list while playing, but I'll attempt to recreate them in replays. Teletoon started showing Robot Chicken Season 3 and they aired the Star Wars special for the series Friday(when S3 began airing). I'll be uploading some replays for Tiberium Wars soon that include the exploits and some rushing choices for different mods(like TW Advanced and C&C Retarded). I'll upload them on Wednesday. In some local news, a friend of my employer has died. I hope you will wish my employer and her family/friends as they go through this difficult time. As a sign of respect, I will skip next week's blog and start after March Break. The Pongoes have started the Twilight Bark, so I must relay the message to the Colonel and Sergeant Tibbs. Prissy was just pulled in through the window. *sweatdrop forms on back of head*
-Until next time, I'll see you in health!!(lol)

I recently obtained some new maps for Star Wars Battlefront 2, and they're very well done. I like Bespin Platforms since you can fly CIS/Old Republic fighters. I acquired three new Star Wars books yesterday and I've been reading the Legacy Of The Force series. I also read the Star Wars book Outbound Flight. I encourage sci-fi lovers to read Timothy Zahn's Star Wars books. Tacitus Thursday last week revealed the Zone Raider and her design, abilities and uses. Some more info was released for RA3, including some secondary unit functions and the campaign lengths for each faction(8-10, which is disappointing). The GunRun has just released v2.8 of his mod for C&C3, C&C Retarded. He has also decided on the name for his KW mod, C&C Kane's Retarded*cringes in horror*. I'm still not receiving anything from CA, but she's probably busy with KR. Fidel Castro no longer seems to be running Cuba, which is okay I guess The Oscars were on last night. I'm looking forward to some movies this year including Iron Man, The Mummy 3 and maybe Indie's latest adventure(which may have aliens in it*shudders in fear*). I'm kind of upset with the movie The Dark Knight coming out. I personally think Jack Nicholson played a better Joker than Heath Ledger. I don't mean to speak ill of him(seeing as how he's no longer with us), but his Joker looks like a weird clown and not the joker I've come to know and remember. I leave you now with a few words from Kane:
To sleep, Perchance to dream...
