Time pass and the more we advance, the less we see mods coming for GoldSrc and Source :( however, the few who arrived are really QUALITY!!

So,
MOTY 2012 :

1) BLACK MESA (Source engine/HL2) : waiting was hard, but in the end "the dream came true"!

2) CRY OF FEAR (GoldSrc/HL1) : GoldSrc pushed beyond its limits for an horror trip which quality is far above retail games.

3) HAZARDOUS COURSE 2 (GoldSrc/HL1) : An amazing and not so well-known mod which is both hard as HELL and funny, reminds me of HalfQuake but even more sadistic!!

Honorable mention : RESIDUAL LIFE : A very good HL mod set in Black Mesa with good challenges and a cool new enemy, the Zombie Black Ops!

Honorable mention 2 : CUBE MOD : Portal in HL2, with Fringe elements!! It was very interesting!
