Hello everyone,

I have one model which is waiting to be textured. This is a vehicle and it is the legendary Mercedes Unimog made by Shilka234. He gave me to use it freely, so thanks a lot to him.
Here, I have the render image of it:

The next thing I want to show you is some reference photos, for the potential future texturer to use. I would like to have the texture which is used by the Turkish army, for future plans *wink wink*. So here are they:

This is the regular olive drab:

And here is the unimog with South-Eastern Turkey camo (in the front):

So if anyone is interested in texturing this beauty and you think you are qualified enough to do this with success, please PM me through ModDb, so I can give you the download link. I would be grateful and of course you will be credited when I start my future plans :)

Hello Turkish guy, I am a junior PLA officer candidate (NSA). I just happen to pass by your post unintentionally while enjoying some WW1 drawings. You referred PRC Xinjiang province to "East Turkistan" and said my colleagues had done some massacre there. Here are two questions you may want to answer for my curiosity. Q 1 Should you know PLA soldiers uphold the Communist idea of internationale which is anti racism? Then how could we commit racist crimes in mass scale? Any proofs or just rumors?
Q 2 What do u think if our leaders support Kurdistan independence from Turkish occupiers in Anatolia? Yes, by your logic we should, I do know the Kurds are there way before you Turks, will you deny that?
Its always good to hear other side of the story. In return, you may ask me some questions (if any) as well.

Hello Chinese man. The historical name of the region is East Turkestan first of all, its more than "a province of PRC"

Yes, I know China is Communist. But it appears that China is opressing Turkic and Tibetan people by occupying their land and committing massacres on them, just like USSR did to Tatars, Kazakhs and Kyrgyzs in the 20th century. Just yesterday people died in Xinjang because of Chinese army and police brutality. Performing Muslim prayers and reading the Quran is banned in East Turkestan, as well as carrying the blue and white crescent and star flag of the region. Research Gulja Massacre. Communism and fascism; same thing with a different name.

Of course a communist state would support the freedom of Kurdistan, because PKK is also a marxist-leninist group fighting for independence. But if you examine south-eastern Anatolia and the situation there carefully, you would see that what you think it is the natural right of the Kurds to have their own country is just an attempt to create a puppet state of USA (which is greatly criticised by China as you know) So you support the freedom of Kurdistan, you stand with the capitalist west and the USA, which is now the arch-enemy of PRC since USSR collapsed. Explanative enough?

My question would be: How can you prove me that you are in the military academy?

No I dont. If any killings ever happened, they were not intentional and neither the Ottoman Empire nor Republic of Turkey is responsible from them.

Although it is a rare case, I have to aggree with ChadaFACE; the Armenians which we knew as fellows and brothers for years suddenly stabbed us in the back after the French Revolution, and as they committed massacres and terrorism throughout Anatolia, Ottomans found the cure of deporting them to Syria. The killings werent intentional, and its not anyone's right to blam Turkish officials.
