Hello!:), I am Turkish007, I live in Istanbul, but my hometown is Rize, which is the land of tea, corn-bread, anchovy, cabbage, and crooked noses :D I dont have a lot of time to play games, but when I do I play Battlefield 1942, Battlefield 2, Verdun Online,Unturned, GTA-SA and a couple of other games. I am one of the leaders of Forgotten Hope Turkish Community. I am especially interested in 20th century history and I am good in Ottoman and Turkish history. I am a patriot in my own ways. I can also play the electric and acoustic guitar. I love jazz, blues and classic rock (huge Dire Straits/Mark Knopfler fan) Enjoy your time on my profile! :)
Look what I have found while looking thorugh the files. :)
Also, there are many other cool vehicles, but they cause a CTD before the map loads.
Unfortunately it causes a CTD if you get in it. :( I hope Aserafimov fixes it in the next version.
I hope so.
it causes CTD, because there is no ai folder into "Katyusha" files and the vehicle cannot be used at SP regime. If you want to try it, start the map at MP regime. I will fix it in the next version.
Ok, thanks. There is also a lot of stuff that arent ingame yet as I noticed, like the Russian NKL-26 and the German Ferdinand. Please also make them working :)
Great work with the mod, Andrej :)
I tried it in MP. Its pretty good and powerful, but only the driver doesnt appear, and there is no crosshair. I would like to have the Bf2 grenade launcher crosshair there :)
You made him?
No, Wasper from BGF team made it :)
I think its really cool
The model was made by Koricus, Wasper made texture.
Very nice...
Only one note: PPSh-41 is firing from open bolt ;).
Te bolt isnt seen here, normally there is one on the right side :)
I know, but I can see that chamber is closed (white piece of steel). Chamber should be opened. When it's closed gun is not loaded and/or it's out of ammo.
Oh, I see. Is the Ppsh blowback operated, or gas operated?
Blowback.
You can also take a look at my profile here:

You can see construction of PPSh-41 (and KP-31).
Quite simple really, I was studying it's mechanism work during firing in great gun simulator and I have to say that it's VERY simple and easy to understand. I can see why Germans were using it so often. It have to be reliable, and if it jams you can just hit it with stone or something and it will work again :D.
I also saw PPSh-41 firing in real life. Quite big muzzle flash, but recoil seems to be OK.
