Yeah you read that right. I hate them...on Minecraft. You know why? Cause I'm in the process of building a huge hollow pyramid completely out of Bookcase blocks. And making a stack of books is just a pain - too much clicking. Personally instead of getting just one book for every click on the area where you're picking up your resulting crafted item (I don't blame you if you're lost at this point, but if you understand, thanks for hangin in there...) I kinda wish it would give you something like a multiple number of books depending on the number of paper.
You know the current recipe of course is 3 paper in a column will result up in a book. 3 stacks of paper (each stack of paper is equal to 64) results in 64 books, but you have to keep on clicking each single resulting book to get your full stack of books.
My proposal, would be something like this:
Change the output of books equal to the number of papers you input.
So, if you input your 3 stacks of papers - then your output would be one fat pile of books you can cleanly pick up, no clicking the mouse button 64 times.
Yes, it would be nice.
Oh, and a protip about Wood for Minecraft fans out there, or newer players - If you like to chop down bunches of the white tree (birch i think it's called), remember this: you can get at least 5 wood blocks from one tree, and at the most 5 saplings at one tree. You can plant those (in this case, I'll use 5) 5 saplings, get 5 wood blocks from each of those trees - the number is exponential. And, besides the huge lumber intake, you can also use that wood to make (practically, there is no end) an infinite supply of charcoal to fuel your furnaces and make as many torches as you need.
Good luck, and be sure to check out my Walkway Maze download for Minecraft (it's under addons, if you didn't know this).
