We'd rather die with honour than to live with shame
It's actually supposed to be a regular adamantium dagger. So "Poisonous" is a typo by me.
I have no price scheme at all, it's all in my head lol!
But yes a lot of the things you've mentioned makes sense.
- I'll adjust the reward you get from the museum later, as I want to have final values ready before I do so.
- The Darts of Judgement will be changed into another material.
- Not sure about the price yet, I'll have to make some more research first.
- Boots of Blinding Speed. Yes, they're too cheap.
- Cruel/Dire stars/arrows/bolts will have to be re-priced, but it's not a top prio right now. I'll put it on the list to-do.
* Tanto fixed.
* Regarding the comberry texture.. did you delete the following: Go to Morrowind/Data Files/Meshes/n then delete: "ingred_comberry_01.nif"? Try that first.
* I'll review the fix.
* Most items match eachothers counterparts, any specifics?
* Very much agree on with the Icecap, way to low-priced. I'll recheck the enchantments again when I have time to do so.. there's loads of them lol.
Thank you, I'm glad it's working!
The solstheim rumor mod is something I won't add. MR were never meant to be a modpack or such, but more like my own creation with some of the community made assets thrown in.
I can't do anything about the quests right now, it's not my area of expertise so to speak.
Let me know if there's anything else releated to the mod or if you encounter any issues!
Agreed. I would like to have something inbetween but we'll see what OpenMW comes up with. Until then we just have to wait and see. Thanks for the suggestion.
Nope. There is one mod that makes it possible to block attacks, although the shield won't really "block" visually. We'll just have to wait until OpenMW is ready.
ROT will probably have some conflicts, but I can't tell for sure as I haven't tried them both togheter.
TR will work just fine.
Post the content of your warnings.txt file here.
You can find it in your Morrowind Folder.
For me everything lies in the details! Expect a lot more stuff like this!
Yeah, the picture to the right display the vanilla door, with the messed-up handle in the middle of the door. I simply removed it cause it looked out of place + it had an aweful mesh.
Please post the content of your "Warnings" doc found in your morrowind folder.
Also, did it occur at start-up, new game or while loading an old save-game?
I have to admit I've seen this issue before, but none lately (2-3 months). I think it might be due to engine limitations, but I'm not sure. Morrowind is an old game and wierd things can and will happen. Anyway let me know if you get to the bottom of this issue.
Btw "Tarvyn Faren" can be found walking inside "Vivec Entrance". Or perhaps you meant that his quest doesn't start properly? Then it might be that I have to change the dialogue to fit with the name-change of that specific cell. I can't tell for sure if he "needs" to be in a specific cell but It could be a part of the issue.
Yeah technicly that's doable, but like you said the cleaner solution would be to remove it, either way I'm glad that the problem has been solved!
Hm.. I'll have to check it out to give you any feedback on that specific issue. I can't remember deleting him from the game but it could be that I somehow manageded to do just that.. I'll let you know if I find any issues connected to Rebirth.
Regarding the missing doors. Are you using an old save-game?
Thanks for the kind words too. Check back every know and then, cause I have a lot more in store for Rebirth!
Go to Morrowind/Data Files/Meshes/n then delete: "ingred_comberry_01.nif"
It's a left-over from a previous installment.
Sorry for the issues!
Glad to hear it! Np!
Thank you! Enjoy and let me know if there's any issues!
Grab the 2.41 download. The splashscreens are included in there (extras folder). Just open the TGA (Spash 1 or 2) and convert it to jpeg. I'd use Paint.NET or Photoshop to resize the image to fit your desktop (if needed).
I belive so. May be some minor stuff at Ghostgate, but other than that it should be fine.
You're talking about nexus? It's free to register.
Probably some random error. Morrowind isn't known to be very stable.
It isn't unusual to have 30 fps, even with a next-gen system.. don't worry. Perhaps you should try "Morrowind FPS Optimizer" to see if that improves your fps? Here's a link: Planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com
You should use a list merger if you have other mods running along with Rebirth, that's for sure. Which tool you use for that specific task is up to you!
Let me know if there's anything else and I'll try to help :)
Thanks for a great mod!
First: Congratz on the release! Awesome work, let aside some small issues.
I know how demanding people can be, but hold yourselves in high spirits. The large majority (who doesn't even post anything here), will enjoy the work that has been done, and rightfully so.
- Trancemaster_1988, Dev of "Morrowind Rebirth".
Why, I'm a great singer!
Can't wait to try OpenMW and Rebirth togheter, in their final state. Also excited to see what new features will be available for us modders when OpenMW is completed.
Thank you very much, enjoy!
Let me know what you think :)
How did the test go? Let me know on the MR board!
Ha! "In Trance We Trust"!
Boots so to speak..lol
