Hm.. it should work without doing any edits, have you tried changing the loadorder?
I know it's a mess removing stuff from rebirth... I don't think removing the conflicting cells will do it (don't forget the transport ship you arrive in), you probably have to remove any edits to the NPC's inside the census buildings too.
Try removing these files, if you have them.

Well, there's no missing bull netch nif files in my game so I assume it's some type of left-over from an older version. Are you running an old save-game?

Ehm, I can't really remember the source, its somewhere over at the official forums. I could try to find the link for you, there's a LOT more in that package that is used in Rebirth.
Could you check your warnings.log in your morrowind folder and send any error content to me? That would make it a lot easier for me to find the issue, if any!
Yes there were a lot of landscape changes actually, especially in the ascadian Isles near Fort Renius. Most of these changes are pretty small so its hard to notice lol.
The Deadlands were added a long time ago, it's not a region in Vvardenfell Eric, find the daedric portal and you'll see :))

You have to deactivate grass in MGE XE. There's no patch for working grass right now..
Yepp, I know lol.. I deleted duplicate doors in 2.5, but somehow I deleted his door completely. When I noticed this I placed a new door at his house, but I forgot to set "teleport" to a specific cell x)
I might upload it next week along with 2.6. It still needs some testing :)

Glad you like it! I know that a lot of small details were removed, but due to performance I thought it were better to remove the small things, rathern than the large ones.

Cool! I think I've fixed most issues in 2.5 already, but let me know if you find anything that doesn't seem to work as intended.
I wish I could to such a thing, but I didn't make the models, I just add the meshes to the construction set. I'm limited to changing textures on meshes, I can't change the mesh itself. I might be able to find a more suitable texture instead of the wooden element, but the mesh will remain the same.

* Ah, I think 200ibs is fine, anything lower would be going too far though.
* Basicly it will give people a feeling that a higher level in heavy/medium/light give you more of an advantage. Before you had full AR value pretty early on (which doesn't seem right in my mind)
