Yes, but you have to make a fresh install, and follow the FAQ I posted at the frontpage. Keep in mind that this mod makes a TON of changes, so there might still be som compatibility-issues.
Reflect is pretty powerful tbh (25 % chance that incoming hostile spells will be reflected back at their caster)

2. It is possible, but not a priority. Ebony, Steel, Daedric, Silver and Dwemer crossbows are already included in Rebirth.
I think it's possible to finish the game with this update, but I can't tell for sure.
You need Morrowind to use OpenMW, which is a new engine based on the one for Morrowind. Check the FAQ here: Openmw.org

As for the combat I'm pretty sure that much can't be done until OpenMW is finished. I'm however aware of at least 2-3 projects that will add for example: Better animations, real dual weilding, slower backpedaling etc. I'll let everyone know when those are completed, if they ever see the light of day so to speak.
Real time dialogue would be cool but I've seen in a current discussion that this won't be possible due to the scriptsystem in Morrowind, it would break a lot of stuff!

Saves for 2.11 have to be repaired for 2.2 otherwise you'll have a lot of trouble on your hands. The changelog is rather massive and the preview I made doesn't really tell the whole story :]

I do understand the issues that it causes but it's also my motivation, to release stuff every now and then and have some sort of deadline, without deadlines I'd probably had stopped long ago.
This next update is probably the biggest one ever made for the mod and I hope that it will finally feel like a "final product" even though it isnt. I have to say that there's a lot of stuff that have been improved since 2.03.
After this update I'll focus more on landscaping, which won't cause any issues with old save-games.

Morrowinds lightning system is kinda screwed sometimes. Im guessing its because the texture replacer Im using for that waterfall.
Thanks Eric, I'm glad you like them! Like I said before the weapon speeds might seem a bit fast compared to vanilla, but I had to turn up the variable since morrowind can't read anything under 1.0. Also if the numbers weren't like I've previewed, there wouldn't be that much of a difference.
I do have things in mind for damage stats don't worry. It will take a bit longer since these changes are quite boring to do and takes up a lot of time. I have however already done changes to daggers/spears/halberds in 2.0. Things might change though when all is in place.
Cause it would be pretty boring to watch my work for 1 complete hour. Besides I don't really sit around 1 hour in a row, I usually take small breaks in between. I really don't have time to clip and paste videos, I rather spend my time doing what I feel is more important. The less time I spend on other things, the faster I finish this and you guys will be able to play it. It's that simple.

Yupp that's my greatest concern about Skywind. I'm pretty sure they will shut it down sooner or later. In any case I won't abandon this mod anytime soon. Any release prior to 2.0 are BETA versions to me. 2.0 will reflect what I really want to do with Morrowind. However with that said there's still a LOT of things that I'd like to implement/rework/add etc.
Perhaps. I haven't really had time to check Skyrim's construction set as much as I would like to. I haven't really followed the progress of Skywind either. However it's a mod that I would surely like to play later on. We'll see what the future holds, Skywind Rebirth perhaps? And thanks for the kind words!

Does it look like a dragon on the picture? No. If you didn't know there's a Dragonbone armor in the vanilla game. This is just meant to replace that.

The ghost is just another dwemer encounter, mainly for variety. Actually that helmet aint a replacer, it's an artifact.
Nope no such version atm. You can always delete the meshes in "datafiles/meshes/f , delete (not really sure of the filename, but it shouldn't be hard to find) wg_tree_01 to 08 , then wg_root_01 to 08. This will SURELY cause floaters!
I can't agree. The vanilla trees are really bad in comparison, these actually look like trees. But you can always delete the meshes and keep the old ones. But that might cause clipping.

I'm aware of this issue with the seducer, It was a misstake placing it there :P
Anyhow there's a few other errors that has also been fixed in the next version, mainly the "evocation" error. You should really wait with your current playthrough, I've got a new version coming up this weekend, it will be massive.
Regarding the graphics you should know that Rebirth doesn't replace any textures but some of the trees around Ascadian Isles, West Gash & the Bitter Coast.

I haven't removed any buildings. 2 additions to be honest. There's loads of changes, perhaps not noticable by you, or at this view. I consider this to be far more realistic than the vanilla. Also it gets rid of the horrible texture seams and the unrealistic landscape.

It's not. I got it from a former morrowind modder "Korana".. she's also a modding for Oblivion. Although it's possible to use bumpmaps with the new "Morrowind Code Patch", although someone will have to apply them first, it's not my area of expertise hehe :)
Sure I can snap a few ground-pics for the next preview. :) I can say that the ground will be way smoother than in the vanilla game.

Well then you won't be disappointed.. this overhaul won't act as an texture replacer or anything like that. It WILL however add new content like bigger cities, NPC.s and other things. Besides you won't need any texture packs to play this, besides those of your own choise :)

So the patch seems to have fixed a few things, but not all of them. Wierd! I'll try to ask someone who's more into fixing dialogue and script issues. I'll let you know when I got a fix.

Lets start with a few questions
- Are you using "Morrowind Rebirth 2.8 - Morrowind Patch 1.6.5 Beta [Rebirth Edit]"? If yes, does disabling this, and reloading your save-game make the quest work?
- Are you using any mods that disable dwemer trading? I know a mod that makes it impossible to trade dwemer stuff to vendors. Perhaps such a mod could be problematic in this case? (probably not, though).
- Do you by chance know the name of the quest?

It's not a retexture mate, only changes in landscape, cities and stuff. You can use whatever replacer you see fit, except Vurt's Ascadian Isles replacer which is required :)
