The source of the virus was in the US because a family was taking a vacation to Toronto and they took their dog with them. and the dog is the one that started the whole thing. and the U.S. Government went to Canada and warned the Authorities and sealed the apartment.

Plus. After Nihilanth's Defeat, The alien dimensional Rift didn't stop, There was still tons of aliens, after it was killed didn't mean aliens were all back to xen and stopped attacking and black mesa was clean.

Maybe move the construction men a little bit back, like 1 unit. So it will actually look like it's against the wall.
