A cannon that shoots with an insanely slow rate of fire but that blasts through enemies.

Just a quick question: after returning to Moscow from the Siberian mountains, I can't use any items in my quick select bar. It selects them, but it doesn't pull them out. Was this made on purpose or is it a bug?

Is. Net Framework 3.5 SP1 ok or does it have to be exactly 3.5?

That being C:/DeusEx (for example)?

I'm having trouble starting 2027. It gives me the following error:
"Can't find file for package 'DeusExCharacters'
History: UObject::SafeLoadError <-UObject::StaticLoadClass<-InitEngine"
Any suggestion?
P.S. It was a clean Deus Ex install and I tried uninstalling and reinstallng the mod.
