i believe this happens when u have two different versions of mod install in one gta sa at same time, so script is runing doubled
i recommend u to try get a fresh gta and install v5 to it only

i remember u are automatically given jetpack going out to space

after passing the first mission of the game, they should spawn everywhere.

u probably didnt install it into ur game folder

if u have v5.0 beta, go to the clara chalkboard in tardis and press E

type it whenever u are the timelord and not swimming or driving or skydiving

type it like a cheatcode when u are the time lord

it is a chance, but u can cheat it by typing 'idontwanttogo'

switch to the 12th doctor in tardis then basically just go get urself killed :p
