Wouldn't it be awesome if the team is actually bluffing, and they release 1.2 at midnight on Christmas?

My apologies. The comments move quickly and I do not have time to read all of them. Also, I notice there is negative karma troll, as you and I both received negative karma just now.

Can a unit be developed for the Republic which can act as an equivalent to the Confederacy's Malevolence? I find that the Pride of the Core does not count, as it is considered a much larger frigate.

Actually, the Sun is a ball of hydrogen and helium which undergoes nuclear in order to create the radial and heat energy that we see. The only reason that the Sun looks like a "big ball of fire" is because of the fusion taking place at such high temperatures, then dissipating into space. This process is much different than from how supposedly fire occurs in Star Wars. Capital Ships, which are rather huge, contain large amounts of oxygen for both the life support, and the propulsion systems. However, If said ship was struck by a projectile or laser, the resulting explosion would cause fire for only a few seconds before the infinite vacuum of space would suck out said oxygen, thus putting out the fire. This is what would realistically happen. Now, I am not in favor or in opposition of this argument that has been going on. In fact I personally believe that since it is z3r0x's choice, because it is his mod, that no one should complain, as well as the fact that it is a video game, and realism is not required. I hope this straightens things out for both sides. Frankly, I don't care if I get good or bad karma for this post, I just feel the need to end this petty argument.

That is due to differing time zones; the mod is released at a certain time, but it will be 24 different times-one for each time zone.

I just released something, if all it is, is a hole in the model, then why couldn't LucasArts have even done that on vanilla FoC and EaW?

Since the acclamators are serving as real units in the land battle, if they are shot down, will the resulting animation have debris crash into the ground, or will the acclamators just break up in the Atmosphere?

This is no longer Empire at War; for all we know the controls could even be different. Hence it being a total conversion mod.

It is really a form of description rather than an aesthetic choice; if you are a clone and see blue laser fire to your left from a vantage point, you know (for the most part) that those are clones, and vice versa with red. The same is with Rebels and the Empire.
