finally in college and the same old RTS addict that i am. been modding for C&C3 tiberium wars lately, and doing some a little step up in challenging myself in 3d modelling. from doing tanks i currently am modelling gundams, in the hopes of being able to establish a gundam-based game on the UDK after i master animation and texturing ;) but i doubt that's gonna be any time soon..

can you reduce the poly?
like in the two tubes in the wings(the rocket pads) you can reduce the number of sides,do this in the tube in the start of the blades,and the air intakes,this should reduce a lot of poly
or i could remove the rockets at the tip o the wings.
you can stay the rockets,just reduce some sides of the tubes
Francis, you need to add another set of rotors over the ones you have.
Because if it were real, it couldn't fly.
You need counter-rotation blades, or the big one and the small one.
i had the AC sioux from EC in mind while making this.
Should be ok because it has a rear rotor blade i think
it doesn't have a rotor blade, but a set of 3 tail wings forming a Y replaces it.
Hell hound w/ "Comanche-style" tail rotor. i also took the time to make it look good by giving it a longer sharper nose and rocket pods made from Ngons.
now only 1770 polies.
