Game Review on Jul 25th, 2013 - 3 people don't
-Why doesn't the character go to the police? The Origami killer tells him not to go to the police.. so what? The police will have a much better chance of finding the kid. They have many sources of information, forensics, teams of people that can look for clues, and can take on the killer in a firefight.
-Character finds himself believing he is the killer, why does he not turn himself in? If such a question arises the best way to determine whether its true is to be imprisoned for month or so, if no more killings happen then you'll know.
-The gameplay is downright painful. It's entirely composed of quicktime events, that might I add are bad in small doses. To have the whole game like that...
-"but he finishes the case".. thats because the Story makes no sense.
-If there was any saving grace, it may be facial animation and some of the more visually appealing scenes. But you can't make a game based around it, it can enhance but it cannot make a game.

Mod Review on Jun 18th, 2012 - 4 people agree 1 person doesn't
There is something you learn playing mods, its that some just don’t know what the hell they are doing. The mapping is atrocious, like someone attempted it once and decided “thats good enough”. It doesn’t even seem to be a design choice like your being thrown into these rooms one after another designed to be ‘arena’ stages so that people can watch as you fight behind glass. That would make sense only most of the rooms don’t have any glass and there are no cameras.
It seems like your randomly going from one room to another, the transitions don’t make any sense… not even for a arena styled story. Because you’re going up into vents then down, then up through water, then down again… its like a jumbled test map.
And regardless they are very block/empty so hideous to look at.
The ending makes about as much sense as the rest of the mod, you find the boss only you have no idea how he managed to get inside this arena as there are no doors anywhere… when you kill him for some reason a nuclear bomb is about to go off. What the hell is this? It’s becomes obvious quickly…
This mod has had its difficulty ramped up with tougher enemies but your weapons like the machine gun/shotgun fire faster, yet revolver fire slower.
Its designed to test your endurance and pain tolerance in the most tiresome way possible.
About the only good idea is the scientist that comes after you with the syringe which totally caught me by surprise. If he did more damage (and had alot less health) it would be a good idea to use him in a real mod.
The part that makes the least sense is fighting a room full of them…

Tried multiplayer and couldn't find a option for bots. Read the readme and doesn't mention anything about it, actually it doesn't say much of anything except a changelog.
Apparently you have to play the co_ maps for monsters to pop up when your playing on your own (or with a friend hence co stands for co-op).
Gave it a try but the levels where really blocky and lacking detail, I didn't find enough to play on, your character selection screen has all these stupid images for each weapon and implant, like one big joke.
Go for E.Y.E cybermancy instead.

Very very short.
The ugliest lamest boss I've ever seen, a buggy trip mine that hard to destroy, this mod just looks like someone started out modding for the first time and somehow decided that this was worth releasing...
2 levels that have had barely any work done, and barely any testing for it.
The combat was, well what little of it there was, isn't worth mentioning.
As a ship this is possibly one of the most plain renditions I've seen.
