Is this still alive?

Heres an Israeli stat, theres almost no Israeli video games or game developers.
I wanna help with that.

Hey guys, I'm from Israel and I want to start developing games so Id like to ask, is there anyone who can and would like to help me? Anyone with skills, or someone to just guide me cause Idk what to do?
I have nothing but ideas, no skills or experience, but the ideas are big and Id like to make them real

Is that possible someone will make a mod or something to remove the two weapon restriction?

You think someone who used to modern graphics and got into gaming not so long ago wouldn't be able to fully appreciate that game with its atmosphere and horror?
I think this is the kind that really should have a remake, this and the 2nd one, so people from later generation of gamers like myself would enjoy these game more. Somebody, make it! Make System Shock HD!

You dont have any plans to remake the other levels?
Maybe if not you, adding other people, asking others to help, maybe giving it to other groups, to continue this?

Hey guys, if I can only draw (not great, but not bad) but I do have tons of ideas (some original) I can already become concept artist, or do I need more then that.
Also if anybody can, check my drawings please. I'd like to get some suggestions :)
