Way too heavy on the economics in an engine that is not designed for specifically for economics. You have to grind massively to achieve much of anything.

Units and settlements are all great, but the mechanics/logistics of the actual war in the game are pretty underwhelming. The warring between the factions feels pretty minimal so most of the time everyone will just be patrolling around their own lands.
