It was actually developed by a member of the TWC named Banzai! who was banned later on for ripping models from other games. His animations such as the animated bows, war wagons, and even decapitations still live on despite him no longer being part of the community.
Arnor is not available at the start. You must make it appear. Here's how to do it:
Step 1: Play as Eriador.
Step 2: Capture Hoarwell, Tharbad and Coldfells while retaining control of your starting settlements.
Step 3: Build the House of Kings in Annúminas (may require large city).
Step 4: Secure an alliance with Gondor.
there are a few scripts, but nothing that would push you to go a different route.
I don't really get what you are saying. Are you saying you want the main campaign like the sandbox one, or vice versa?
No, I have no idea. All of the crashes in the main campaign are from the actual mod, not mine.
Personally, I like L4D2. I just think of it as an expansion, especially since you can get all of the original maps and characters at the L4D mod forums (which I can't post the link because I need to be subscribed for 7 days).
Btw, this campaign is great! It's tons of fun and I love the environmental hazards you placed about. Keep up the great work!
why don't you play version 1.4? It's the second best thing to version 2.0.
That's great news! What's your profession?
Come on guys, don't give up faith. I will be up by today. I really hope so.
No, I don't think so.
Hey Beregond! How are you?
That's wonderful news!
Any idea on why it went down?
hehe, sounds like you had a good orc hunt :P
I'll do my best ;)
@Tomzo, I think that's what he is trying to get him to do, so sending him a direct message wouldn't help.
Honestly, I don't know. Just try your best to keep them alive. They will win you many battles.
I just answered you on the COW page, if you'd like to look there.
But, since I could just type it here, that wouldn't really make much sense, now would it? :P
Anyways, they come in a script. They have a chance of appearing every turn until you recieve them. You can only get them once, so use them very wisely.
You're right. I apologize for my rude behavior. It's just that my tolerance for ungrateful people has just ran out.
Keep it up TATW team, and thank you for all of your work. Keep it up and hopefully we can see version 2.0 soon enough :P
They appear in a script. You technically can't recruit them. They'll appear sooner or later.
I have temporarily halted the progress of my mod until version 1.4 comes out. I know your intentions are good, but please post topics about my mod in my account or the Call of Warhammer page.
Thank you :)
Yes I am my friend. I just decided to make a temporary account on Moddb until the TWC is back up on it's feet.
@Tomzo: Say what you'd like, but at least I have to decency to show some respect for hard working people. And if the best you can do is say I'm gay, then you are truly pathetic.
That's why we have Beregond doing the translation ;)
You know, we have a name for your people over on the TWC, and they're called Trolls and we typically ignore them. Generally, I don't get infuriated at people, but this is the straw that broke the camel's back. The TATW team has been working on this mod for about 4 years, making sure this mod fits the LOTR Trilogy to the best of it's potential. If you get off your lazy *** and actually start helping and actually learn more about something before you comment on it,then maybe you'd actually understand what they are working on. This is by far one of the mod comprehensive mods out there for M2TW, and they do a damn good job on making it. I don't see you contibuting towards their effort at all. If you think their work is suffering, then why don't you help them? I have never met somebody as ungrateful as you in my entire career as a modder. I have no tolerance for anybody who complains about something without actually helping. And as the others said, they work on their own will and they are not even paid for this. They do this in their free time. In case you don't know, real life takes priority over a mod or any games. And if the best you can do is sit around b****ing over a stupid thing like progress, you really need to get over yourself.
