I am The Evina. I do a little bit of everything from making maps for Cry of Fear and Source games to writing fiction novels to programming and web design and many other things. I like to review Source mods. A perfect 10 is reserved for mods that blow my mind. This is a list of mods I have contributed to: G String (voice acting [announcer]), Aperture Beginnings (voice acting [announcer]), Cry of Fear (creator of the custom campaign "The Hole").

This was a pretty enjoyable full converstion and it was 9/10 to 10/10, but the ending was kind of abrupt and unsatisfying.

Really interesting... I didn't understand it. But it was nice to look at for a few minutes.

Short because it wasn't completed, and it was very sad. But it was creative in its gameplay and sadly beautiful.

Incredibly simple, but simply fantastic. This was an interesting piece of work that is different from anything you've played before, and it should provide some thought-provoking moments for the player to consider the meaning of a video game and free choice. I managed to find all six endings.

I loved the variety of the mod. The textures and mapping were excellent. Also, it was interesting having the G-man trying to help Gorden prevent the Combine from invading (even though we know that didn't work out too well). The ending I couldn't complete because of a lack of ammo. I think it was meant to be like that because the world was going to blow up anyway.

I LOVE surrealist mods that try new things, but I will have to agree with others that this one could have had a little improvement in some areas. I was confused about the end (even though surrealist mods always confuse me) and some of the areas, like the reflective neon-colored walls were repeated in a lot of places. Also, at the end there was a batte that was very hard even on easy level. Even with the crazy powerful weapons given it's still hard to mow down a few hundred enemies all shooting at you at once. It was a crazy slaughterhouse.

A decent mod although the storyline wasn't very well explained. I was confused at the ending. And some of the puzzles were difficult to figure out without a walkthrough.

An excellent mod of creativity and surrealism connecting Portal and Half-life together. I was just a little disappointed in the voice acting and the lack of an ending, but I may have don't something wrong, and this was just the beta. (I don't know if it was actually finished.)

A well done mod. I liked it even more than part 1 and the assassination attempt and rescue mission were very creative. Mapping, models, and textures were top notch.
