I'm not positive how the post count is done here but my guess would be that its calculated on the fly when a page is loaded based on all posts by you - ie. impossible to manually edit it.
So if you really want your post counts consolidated, your best bet would be requesting that all your posts/threads have their owners changed to your *new* account (if you can prove you own the old accounts) and optionally have the old accounts deleted.
