Its from a game called Tom Clancy's EndWar, I highly recommend that you AVOID THAT GAME! The gameplay is REALLY BAD (rock paper scissors gameplay...boring) and nobody plays it anymore on the PC, but the units/concept art/music/idea of it is really good and I have a soft spot for the game (probably because you get to play as a proper European faction for once in a mainstream game lol, the avatar is a rifleman of the EFEC, European Federation Enforcers Corp).

They are going to make another game this year or next year, and they say that the gameplay won't be rock paper scissors (they said that they decided to make this the gameplay to attract console gamers), the factions will be more unique and that there will be a proper story/campaign. If what they say is true, then that would be one hell of an RTS/RTT game...but, I will just have to wait and see...
