You must construct additional dispensers.

I won't argue the point if you're committed to it, it is a matter of opinion ultimately.

I honestly think you're fighting progress here, Resource gathering has always been a drudgerous task in RTS games imo. I'm not endeavoring to stop or dissuade you, but I think your attitude toward change is poor. You obviously hate the new method, whereas I think, this change, could foster interest in RTS by people who were previously uninterested. I know for a fact that there are many people who feel the same way I do about resource gathering, that it's boring, and a distraction from the other parts of the game.

If you don't want to change, that's fine, if you think there's a legitimate problem with the method, I'd be interested to hear it, but I don't get the feeling that's anything like the kind of dialog you want. I get the feeling you want to take the existing players who are likewise unwilling to change, and hang onto the the methods you've become accustomed to. It's hard work to micromanage all that crap (part of the reason some people don't like it) and having those hours spent honing those skills wasted sucks. The name of the mod, and the subtitle, both give the impression that you're bitter however, and I think that's a mistake.

The development of the newer treatment of resources isn't about C&C at all, it's about the genre of RTS in general. It came about in a title you play and liked, which is an adjustment when you're used to something else. Enough of one to evoke the ire you seem to have toward C&C4. But what's most important, is that this is probably a better method. I don't think C&C4 is flawless by any means, there are parts I really want to change, but the resource system is better...really, it takes away the worst part of RTS games.

Why don't you play on a more even playing field, one in which everyone is comparable in rank?

After a time, after the game is released, the flat playing field will be the norm, not the exception to the rule.

A Desert Eagle is a Deagle, D-Eagle. It's the first initial combined with the latter half of the name into one word.

It's weird to me that people like the grind of resource gathering in RTS games. I actually like the minimization of resource gathering in C&C4. I've played RTS games in the past, but not until C&C4 was I actually excited, because the grind of resource gathering had been minimized. There are still neutrally available resources that affect the outcome, but removed the grind part of it.

Is this a free application? Or is it rife with limitations without purchase of the full version or some such?
